| Object: Through to the shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine between 2014 and 2016 lung qi deficiency patients were retrospectively analyzed and sum marized patients with pulmonary qi deficiency symptoms improved after taking jade scree n particle degree and the relationship with the fingertips biological photon detection data, i n order to generalize the fingertips biological photon detection technology in patients with pulmonary qi deficiency symptoms of assessed value, so as to guide the syndrome different iation and treatment of patients with pulmonary qi deficiency.Methods: screening and collect from 2014 to 2016 except accord with standard of lu ng qi deficiency diagnosis and exclusion standard outpatient medical records of patients wi th 50 cases, statistical analysis, induction and analysis of lung qi deficiency patients taking jade screen particles after lung qi deficiency symptom scores, and the intensity of fingertip biological photon correlationResults:(1) before and after the treatment of patients with qi deficiency are two hand s around biological photon detection data there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)the lung qi deficiency symptom score before treatment with biological photon detection da ta meet the bivariate normality, regression coefficient is obtained b =- 0.018, constant regr ession equation a = 2.4909 is: Y = 2.4909 0.018 X.(3) the lung qi deficiency symptom sco re before treatment with the left hand meet the bivariate normal biological photon detection data, and obtained regression coefficient b =- 0.016, constant regression equation a = 2.0209 is: Y = 2.0209 0.016 X.(4) lung qi deficiency symptom scores after treatment with right hand meet the bivariate normal biological photon detection data, obtained by regression co efficient b =- 0.0048, constant regression equation a = 2.9186 is: Y = 2.9186-- 0.0048 X.(5) after treatment of lung qi deficiency symptom scores and left hand biological photon det ection data meet the bivariate normality, regression coefficient is obtained b =- 0.0498, co nstant regression equation a = 4.1069 is: Y = 4.1069-- 0.0498 X.Conclusion: clinical study results showed that the lung qi deficiency symptom scores linear correlation with biological photon detection data, a negative correlation, namely lun g qi deficiency symptom scores is higher, the lower biological photon detection data. There fore, the biological photon detection technology can guide the dialectical and treatment of patients with pulmonary qi deficiency. |
