For elderly hypertensive disease,western medicine in treatment of the main use of diuretics, betablockers and other six categories of drugs, however the elderlyhypertension with elevated systolic blood pressure,cardiovascular and kidney organ often have different degreedamage, baroreflex sensitivity loss and other features, even the West drugs is also very difficult to make the blood pressuredecreased to the ideal level, and with the increase of time,some antihypertensive drugs also increase.But traditional Chinese medicine can improve clinicalsymptoms, improve the quality of life, the regulation ofmetabolism, improve insulin resistance, reduce proteinuria andadvantage of early renal damage, front advancement, earlyintervention of atherosclerosis has received more and moreattention to[2]in the treatment of hypertension.During the remaining in the graduate, have the honor to beprofessor Zhang Jueren taught, learning from teacher, Chang’suse of traditional Chinese medicine theory, using thetraditional Chinese medicine with the treatment ofhypertension and achieved satisfactory results, benefit banditis shallow, clinical experience, so this thesis aims tosummarize Professor Zhang Jueren TCM Treatment of senilehypertension.MethodsTo the motherland medicine as the foundation,consolidation of senile hypertension academic theory,summarizes Professor Zhang on the personal point of view,expounds its certificate, law, parties, drugs mechanism and characteristics; and through the collected knowledge aboutdrugs and compatibility of prescription of literature, summedup a division of traditional Chinese medicine to treat thisdisease therapeutic principles and prescriptions.ResultsHypertension can be attributed to the Chinese medicinedizziness, headache, according to the traditional theory, thedisease with hyperactivity of liver Yang, Qi and blooddeficiency, kidney deficiency and phlegm equal treatment. ButProfessor Zhang Jueren, vertigo has appeared a single syndrome,but the wind, fire, phlegm, stasis, deficiency and rely on[3]cause.
