ObjectiveThrough clinical practical experience, observing thedevelopment of Chinese and western medicine treatment of the tibialplateau fracture, we get a Conclusion that tibial plateaufractures can be cooperated with open reduction and internalfixation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinicalexperience, by observing the corresponding index, we can judge thecurative effect of this treatment method, discuss the advantage ofapplication of traditional Chinese medicine treatment after theoperation, and improve the clinical efficacy of intra-articularfractures of tibial plateau.MethodsWe have an analysis about orthopaedic bed accords of Wuhan FirstHospital with a condition of37patients with fracture tibialplateau whose ages are from21to56years old. The number of maleis26while female is11. The age of patients is averagly36.93+8.93from March in2011to January in2013Patients are randomlydivided into control group (18cases) and treatment group (19cases).Control group are given routine treatment such as surgery while the treatment group are in the control group with traditional Chinesemedicine therapy, on the basis of which,we can compared theclinical efficacy.ResultsTwo groups of patients are follow-up (range from4months to22months, averagely12.6months), observed the postoperativeincision complications; Postoperatively, the time,patientsabandon the crunches and walk on feet and postoperativly healingof fracture,is considered.(observatiing X-ray photographscallus growth and the situation of fracture line fuzzy); We canapply to the Rasmussen knee functional score system forpostoperative limb knee score after six months, and the applicationof SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.1. Two groups of postoperative incision complications andresult analysis;Two groups of comparison: P＞0.05, no statistical difference;2. ConclusionUsing open reduction and internal fixation of fracture andmedicinal broth with oral Chinese medicine and Chinese medicinefumigation to promote healing of tibia platform fracture curativeeffect significantly, compared with the control group patients, thetreatment group therapy can promote the growth of callus, andshorten fracture healing time. Six months later,the effect of theRasmussen knee functional score curative is obvious. The totallyeffective rate of the treatment group (78.9%) is significantlyhigher than the control group (66.7%),.Two groups of patients withthe corresponding index of comparative differences havestatistical significance (P <0.05) while two groups of patientsare compared with the preoperative ones, there is no obviousabnormally liver function, renal function, and other adverse drugreactions. Through the medicinal broth of traditional Chinesemedicine orally, with promoting blood circulation to remove bloodstasis, improving circulation and acetanilide detumescence,filled the role with the liver kidney and strong muscle strongbone, which can promote the repair of the tibia platform fractureafter surgery, and soft tissue, such as the growth of callus, andwhich can be able to shorten fracture healing time, efficacysignificantly. Self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigationparty also have scanty t2dm, improving local blood circulation,promotimg reduce soft tissue swelling, relieving muscle fasciaand adhesion of the joints and joint lubrication, relieving pain,to the function of joint and soft tissue repair,which has a verygood curative effect. The advantage of the treatment is stable,the operation is simple,the patients are easy to accept, no side effects and the advantages are definitely effect.We suggest thatit can be suitable for clinical use when patients are infracture of tibial plateau, whicn can help patients recover as soonas possible.
