Clinical Observation In Patient With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated With Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction Integrated With Chemotherapy

PurposeThis study according to TCM theory, combined with clinicalexperience, through a randomized controlled clinical research,using straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf tonga subtractioncombination chemotherapy treatment for locally advanced non-smallcell lung cancer, observe its objective efficacy and reducingadverse reaction caused by chemotherapy, evaluation of Chinese andwestern medicine combined with the clinical curative effect oftreatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, provides thereference basis for the clinical treatment.MethodThere are fifty five NSCLC patients according withstandards,coming from Xiangyang hospital of Hubei university oftraditional Chinese medicine. The patients weredivided into two groups，The therapy group is28cases,The controlgroup is27cases. The therapy group is given three periodschemotherapy，chemotherapy scheme is GP orTP, at the same timegiven Modified Shashen Maidong ecoction(Beishashen20g Maidong20gZhihuangqi15g Dangshen15g Yuzhu10g Tianhuafen10gWuweizi8g Zhebeimu10g Fabanxia10g Zhike12g Baiying20g Shancigu20g Sanqi5g Gancao6g)to the end of the three cycle ofchemotherapy, the control group of27patients with the abovechemotherapy regimen. Observation records of clinical commonsymptom, quality of life index, body weight, blood routine, liverand kidney function, electrocardiogram (ECG), carcinoembryonicantigen (CEA) index to evaluate two groups after three treatmentcycles of life quality improvement, the recent therapeutic effectsand adverse reaction after chemotherapy.Result1.Comparison of the catabatic and steady rate of two groups，thetreatment group stability factor of tumor lesions were slightlybetter than the control group, but there was no significantstatistical difference(P>0.05)；2. Comparison of quolity of lifein two groups, the trertment group patients’ quolity of life wasbetter than that of control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05)；3. Treatment group better able to improve thepatient’s clinical symptoms the two groups have Significantdifference (P <0.01)4. The side reaction of the treatment groupwas better than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05)ConclusionModified Shashen Maidong ecoction Can significantly improve thepatient’s clinical symptoms, improve the life quality of thepatients, reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy.
