Aims Through the clinical trials to study the correlation of angiotensin Ⅱ type2receptor (AT2R)1675G/A gene polymorphism and type2diabetic kidney diease. Methods Select to202diabetic patients, including type2diabetes patients78cases,124cases of type2diabetic nephropathy patients, according to urinary albumin excretion divided into microalbuminuria (mA) of80patients,44patients with macroalbuminuria (MA) and43healthy controls. Use-column whole blood genomic extraction separation of serum extracted DNA, using PCR-RFLP method detection the subjects of AT2R1675G/A gene polymorphism. By comparing the groups AA, AG, GG three kinds of genotype and A. G allele frequency to explore the correlation between AT2R1675G/A polymorphism and diabetic kidney dieases. The use of SPSS13.0statistical software associated to each data analysis to see whether there is a significant difference.Results①AA genotype in the NC group, DM group. DN-mA group DN-MA group were39.53%,42.31%,38.75%,38.64%, through chi-square test, the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.26, P>0.05); the GA genotype frequencies are32.56%,26.92%,30.00%,25.00%, through chi-square test, the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.79, P>0.05); GG genotype frequencies were27.91%,30.77%,31.25%,36.36%, through chi-square test, the difference was not statistically significant (X2=0.76, P>0.05). Four groups of A alleles frequency are55.81%,55.77%,53.75%,51.14%,G alleles frequency are44.19%,44,23%,46.25%,48.86%, through chi-square test, the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.59, P>0.05);②DN group of patients with hypertension and non-hypertensive patients with AA genotype frequencies are26.03%,41.81%, the test was not statistically significant (x2=3.15, P>0.05); GA genotype frequency are35.62%,29.41%, the difference was not statistically significant (x2=0.52, P>0.05); GG genotype frequencies are38.36%,29.41%, the test was not statistically significant (x2=1.06, P>0.05). Between the two groups of A allele frequencies are43.84%,55.88%, G llele frequencies are56.16%,44.12%, the test was statistically significant (x2=3.92, P<0.05);③DN group of patients with high body mass index and normal body mass index with AA genotype frequencies are30.43%, 38.18%. the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.82, P>0.05):GA genotype frequency are31.88%,29.09%. the difference was not statistically significant (x2=0.11. P>0.05); GG genotype frequency are37.68%.32.73%, the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.33. P>0.05). Between the two groups of A allele frequencies are46.38%.52.73%.G allele frequencies are53.62%,47.27%, the test was not statistically significant (x2=0.99, P>0.05).④DN group of patients with high Lipids and normal Lipids with AA genotype frequencies are36.76%,33.93%, the difference was not statistically significant (x2=0.11, P>0.05); GA genotype frequency are29.41%,30.36%, the difference was not statistically significant^2=0.01, P>0.05); GG genotype frequency are33.82%,35.71%, the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.05, P>0.05). Between the two groups of A allele frequencies are51.47%,49.11%,G allele frequencies are48.53%,50.89%, the test was not statistically significant (x2=0.14, P>0.05).Conclusion Angiotensin II type2receptor (AT2R)1675G/A gene polymorphism have no correlation to susceptibility to type2diabetic kidney diease; There is a relationship between Angiotensin II type2receptor (AT2R)1675G/A gene polymorphism and type2diabetic kidney diease with hypertension.
