Objective Through observing the effect of rectal inflammation of morphological and pathological changes of chronic tubal administration and its inhibitory effect on nonspecific granuloma, reveal the pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) treatment effect of anti-inflammatory and anti-adhesion.Methods (1) With phenol reagent manufacturing salpingitis,to observe the influence of Penning Granule on rat model of adhesion and inflammatory reaction;(2) To observe the influence of Penning Granule on rat cell immune model;(3) Manufacturing granuloma model rats with paper.To observe the influence of Penning Granule on model rat granuloma weight;(4) To observe the influence of Penning Granule on hydroxyproline and collagen content in nonspecific granuloma granuloma in rats.Results (1) Showed various degrees of inflammatory reaction in each group of pelvic inflammatory disease model rat oviduct, Penning granule can obviously reduce the chronic inflammation of pelvic inflammatory disease model rats, reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells, reduce the adhesion and proliferation of fibrous tissue.(2) Experiments show that penning granule orally plus Enema group and model group were significantly different about the expression of MMP-2and TIMP-2(P<0.01), compared with the normal group had no statistical significance (P>0.05);(3) Experiments show that penning granule orally plus Enema group can inhibit the rat granuloma growth, there are significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.01).(4) Experiments show that hydroxyproline penning granule intragastric and enema group granuloma (HYP) content and collagen content was lower than that in model group (P<0.01). Conclusion (1) Perming granule has obvious anti-inflammatory effect (2) Penning granule can obviously improve the adhesion of fibrous tissue hyperplasia.(3) For experimental research method of retention enema with Chinese medicine, broadens the clinical administration.
