Objective: The purpose of this study is through the observation of pen Yan Kang Granule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model rats serum TXB2 content, 6-keto-PGF content, TXB2 /6-keto-PGF and ratio of the uterine tissue morphology changes, to explore the pen Yan Kang Granule on the action mechanism of local blood circulation state changes, and provide experimental evidence for clinical the application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, also lay the foundation for further improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: In this experiment, 80 Wistar rats as the research object, using CPID to duplicate the model of mechanical damage and mixed bacteria liquid method. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, pen Yan Kang Granule group, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group. Application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of the content of TXB2, the ratio of 6-keto-PGF in serum of rats and calculate the TXB2/6-keto-PGF; observed with naked eyes and optical microscope to observe morphological changes were uterine tissue in experimental rats, and in accordance with the criteria to make positive HE staining score.Results:Through the observation, the ratio of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model rats serum TXB2 levels, serum TXB2/6-keto-PGF was higher than that in the normal group, serum 6-keto-PGF levels were lower than those in the normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group can reduce the TXB2 content increased, 6-keto-PGF content decreased ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF, respectively, compared with the model group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Pen Yan Kang Granules group could reduce the content of TXB2, reduce the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF, and the curative effectis better than that of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group, group efficacy; pen Yan Kang Granule can increase the content of 6-keto-PGF, curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group quite.Optical microscope to observe morphological changes of rat uterus model shows: pen Yan Kang Granule can effectively reduce the uterine endometrium hyperemia, edema, reduce the inflammatory cell infiltrates, promote epithelial cell proliferation and repair, reduce and tissue around the pelvic adhesion, promote uterine shape restoration. Compared with the model group, the treatment group of uterine tissue HE staining positive score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pen Yan Kang Granule can reduce content of rat serum TXB2 and increased the content of serum TXA2, lower ratio of rat serum TXB2/6-keto-PGFlpha. The purpose of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease may be achieved by improving the blood circulation state.Pen Yan Kang Granule can effectively reduce the uterine endometrium hyperemia, edema, reduce the inflammatory cell infiltrates, promote epithelial cell proliferation and repair, reduce and tissue around the pelvic adhesion, promote uterine shape restoration.
