| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect ofCupping Therapy of Back acupoints in children with Phlegm-dampobstructing lung type cough. Comparing the difference between efficacy ofBack acupoint cupping and ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in thetreatment of infantile cough treatment, so as to explore the Chinese greentherapy based on previous research results. Experimental study of multicenterrandomized controlled rigorous design. Observation of curative effect ofCupping on Back acupoints treating cough in children and the therapy forsafety and effectiveness. Objective evaluation, standard operation technique,cough with significant effect, is simple and safe economical and practical,innovative treatment specification children, to further promote the clinicalapplication of acupuncture therapy.Methods: A multicenter randomized controlled clinical trial methodselects conforms to the diagnosis standard cough in240cases, were randomlydivided into two groups according to random number table and RAT, dividedinto treatment group and control group. Each group consists of120cases.Points on the back of cupping therapy, the bilateral Dingchuan, Feishu, lungbottom hole, can stay for7-12minutes,1times a day; the control group withoral administration of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment,3-5ml/time,3times a day. The above two groups for5days as a course.If thefirst course of treatment has not recovered, it can be second courses.Results: For tenth days, the total effective rate of treatment group was100%, control group, the total efficiency of98.3%, the total efficiency of twogroups of Wilcoxon rank sum test, P=0, the difference was significant (P<0.05,show the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group). For tenth days, cough score by Wilcoxon rank sum test, statistics for-4.753, P=0, that the treatment group and the control group in thetreatment of cough for tenth days difference in symptom integral effect on theindex of the treatment group with statistical significance, cough symptomsindex level is higher than that of control group. For third days, fifth days,eighth days, tenth days, the total symptom score by Wilcoxon rank sum test, Pvalues were0,0,0.007,0, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05,show that at different observation time of the overall effect of the treatmentgroup was better than the control group). For third days, fifth days, eighthdays, tenth days, cough symptoms by Wilcoxon rank sum test, P values were0,0,0.072,0, third days of treatment, fifth days, tenth days, cough symptoms ofindividual difference has statistics significance (P<0.05, show that at differentobservation time of treatment third days, fifth days, tenth days, coughsymptoms in treatment group was better than control group), treatment foreighth days (P>0.05) cough symptoms curative effect in the treatment groupthan in the control group. For third days, fifth days, eighth days, tenth days,cough symptoms score by Wilcoxon rank sum test, P values were0.001,0,0.006,0, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05,that the coughsigns score of treatment group was lower than the control group in differenttime, observe the effect of the treatment group was better than that of thecontrol group). Treatment group and comparison group number1months afterthe end of the treatment of respiratory diseases,the Wilcoxon rank sum test,P=0, the difference was statistically significant, it shows that the treatmentgroup during the observation period of1months after the end of treatment inrespiratory disease less than control group.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that, Whether from theoverall efficiency or from different observation point of single symptom,cough cough symptom integral or observation period of1months after the endof treatment compared with times in respiratory diseases, have shown theefficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, more showback acupoints cupping therapy with Plegm-damp obstructing lung type coughefficacy significantly, and can improve the immunity of the children, with good long-term effect.
