| Objective: This study is intended to observe the clinical effect of heat radiation pressure tank specific back acupoints cupping treatment of wind cold attacking the lung type cough,cough compared the difference of curative effect of heat radiation pressure tank and general cupping specific back acupoints cupping therapy and oral administration of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution,and summarizes the specific back acupoints cupping treatment of wind cold attacking the lung type cough law,so as to seek clinical an effective,non-toxic side effects,safe and convenient use,simple operation and easy treatment of patients.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was used to select 150 cases of cough due to wind cold attacking the lung in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion in Hebei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to September 2017.And randomly divided into the treatment group(heat radiation negative pressure tank group),the control group 1(ordinary cupping group)and the control group 2(Western medicine group),each 50 cases.The treatment group and control group with 1specific back acupoints cupping therapy,the bilateral Dingchuan,Feishu,lung bottom hole,the treatment group used thermal radiation pressure tank(zero pressure-40kPa)cupping therapy;the control group using 1 General cupping flash fire cupping and treatment;the control group of 2 by Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution oral treatment.All three groups were treated with one course of treatment for 5 days,and the results were determined after 2courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the three groups after treatment was observed.The clinical symptoms,signs,onset time and the incidence of respiratory diseases after treatment were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,the total effective rate of 1 in the control group was 98%,and the total effective rate of2 in the control group was 86%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(1)(P>0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 was statistically significant(2)compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.There were differences between the three groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(1).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the three groups in the onset time.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(1)(P>0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The three groups were followed up for three months after the treatment.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1(P>0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 was statistically significant compared with the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The three groups can treat cough cold pulmonary passage,but the heat radiation pressure tank and general cupping specific back acupoints cupping treatment cough oral treatment curative effect is better than that of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution;the heat radiation pressure tank(parameter setting pressure-40kPa)and general cupping in specific back acupoints cupping in treating cough had no obvious difference.2.The thermal radiation pressure tank and general cupping specific back acupoints cupping in reducing the number of respiratory diseases is better than Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution;thermal radiation(negative pressuretank parameter setting pressure-40kPa)and general cupping in specific back acupoints cupping decrease had no significant difference in respiratory system disease frequency.3.The specific cupping therapy on the back is effective in treating cough due to wind cold attacking the lung.It has the advantages of quick onset,simple operation,non-toxic side effects,low cost,easy for patients to accept and improve body resistance.It is a green treatment.4.In contrast to the common cupping,negative pressure tank as a modern tank,can accurately control the cupping efforts,through the electronic temperature,time and other parameters of the tank with adsorption on the surface,compared with the commonly used flash method without alcoholcottonballs flash fire to form negative pressure,so the operation is more safe,more simple.In addition to clinicians who use more convenient,but also suitable for family. |
