Clinical Observation On Treating Female Urethral Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Dampness-Heat Syndrome With Milin Decoction

Objective：In this study, by observing the effects of TCM symptomsintegral Milin Decoction on female urethral syndrome with Yindeficiency and dampness-heat syndrome patients. Objective toevaluate therapeutic effect of Milin Decoction on patients withfemale urethral syndrome of yin deficiency and dampness-heatsyndrome. And to explore its mechanism of action, provides a newchoice for the clinical treatment of female urethral syndrome of yindeficiency and dampness-heat syndrome patients.Methods：According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicinediagnosis of urethral syndrome, and the female patients wererandomly divided into differentiation for syndrome of yin deficiencyand dampness-heat as control group (30cases) and test group (30cases). The experimental group was given Milin soup, daily1agent,two times oral. The control group received tamsulosin0.2mg, oncea day. The two groups were treated for1month. To observe thechanges of TCM symptoms in the patients of two groups of integral,and comparison of two groups. Results：1In the experimental group, totally disease efficiency was76.7％, in the control group, the efficiency was53.6％. Totaleffective rate was significantly difference (P<0.05). Theexperimental group was better than the control group in the effectof disease.2In the experimental group, the totally syndromes of TCMefficiency was80.0％, in the control group, the efficiency was46.4％. Total effective rate was significantly difference (P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in theeffect of syndromes of TCM.3Comparison of total score of clinical symptoms: Aftertreatment, the total score of clinical symptoms between the twogroups there was a significant difference (P<0.05), experimentalgroup was better than the control group.4Comparison of individual symptom scores: After treatment,the individual symptom scores between the two groups in waist andknee pain symptoms of improvement, there was a very significantdifference (P<0.01). In frequency of urinatior, urgent urination,odynuria, urethral and glowing symptom improvement, there was asignificant difference (P<0.05), the experimental group was betterthan the control group.Conclution：Experimental medicine can improve the clinical symptoms ofpatients with female urethral syndrome of yin deficiency anddampness-heat syndrome, especially in frequency of urinatior,urgent urination, waist and knee pain, odynuria, urethral and glowing symptoms improvement. It is significantly better than thecontrol group, and high safety.Curative effect indicate that Milin decoction is effective intreating female urethral syndrome.And it provides a new safetreatment method for the clinical treatment of female urethralsyndrome. It is worth the clinical promotion.
