ObjectiveThrough the treatment of chronic kidney disease, to observe thesupplementing Qi and warming the kidney and promoting blood andcirculating damp, warming kidney Huazhuo Decoction in the treatmentof chronic kidney disease (the spleen and kidney two falsely, stasisturbidity resistance type) clinical efficacy and cystatin-C inchronic kidney disease early diagnosis significance, ChineseMedicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (the spleenand kidney two falsely, stasis turbidity resistance type) providesa train of thought and method.MethodsSelected from the outpatient department of nephropathy GuoyiHall Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in2011December to2013January in Xiangyang City,50cases of met the diagnosticcriteria of Western medicine for chronic kidney disease and TCMsyndrome of the spleen and kidney two falsely, stasis turbidityresistance type，their ages ranged from10to84years old, withan average of52.41years old,25patients with stage Ⅰ chronic kidney disease,12patients with stage Ⅱ chronic kidney disease,8patients with stage Ⅲ chronic kidney disease,5patients withstage Ⅳ chronic kidney disease, treatment with tutor Le Caiwenchief physician with warming kidney Huazhuo Decoction(Tusizi12g,Yinyanghuo12g, Huangqi30g,Dangshen15g, Liuyuexue30g, Tufuling30g, Danggui15g, Chuanxiong15g, Cangzhu15g, Baizhu15g, Yiyiren15g, Danshen15g, Chishaoyao10g, huaihuatan12g, Shengdahuang6g), for addition and subtraction with the disease. Each agent twofried, fried30minutes each, fried400ml, daily1agent, points2times oral,4weeks for1courses,2courses of treatment. Inaddition, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes,respectively, using Western medicine for conventionalantihypertensive, lipid-lowering and control blood sugar, such assymptomatic treatment.Diet therapy for low salt low fat highquality low protein diet. Before treatment and at the end ofeach period of testing serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), Cystatin-C (CysC), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),hemoglobin (Hb) and other clinical symptoms, signs, and carries onthe statistical treatment.ResultTo determine the efficacy of standard reference "guidingprinciples of clinical research on new drugs of Traditional ChineseMedicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure developed".Results of treatment, excellent in15cases (30.00%), effective in18cases (36.00%), stable in14cases (28.00%), invalid in3cases(6.00%). The total efficiency of66.00%,effective and stable rateof94.00%. After one course of treatment CysC, BUN, Scr decreased, Ccr increased, but compared with before treatment, no significantdifference(P1>0.05), after two courses of treatment CysC, BUN, Scr,Ccr compared with before treatment, there were significantdifference(P2<0.05), compared to that before treatment and onecourse of treatment, after two courses of treatment the change ofHb was not significantly different(P>0.05).
