| Objective:From the point of view of experiment to observe the initial stability to the influence of HA coating, soft tissue level, root form implant success rate, in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical surgery operation.Methods:1、establishing of the experimental animal models:there are four adult mongrel dog,each one has four plant sites in their bilateral mandibular posterior tooth areas,dividing the16planting sites into two groups randomly:experimental group and control group.experimental group:implanting BLB implant after producing a hole in difference levels(Beijing Leiden biological material co., LTD),control the ISQ value less than fifty;control group:implanting BLB implant after producing a accurate hole,control the ISQ value greater than65.Measure and record the implant ISQ value at the time of the implant first around,4weeks,8weeks and12weeks; Meanwhile,each animal was respectively taken CT scan to observe the bone mineral density around the implant.2、putting the experimental animals to death after the operation of12weeks: (1) Macroscopic observation:around the implant(2) light-microscopy observation:choose sixteen bone specimen of2.5x1.5x1cm3size containing implant from the implanting sites, making hard tissue section after dyeing. Observing bone mineral density under optical microscope and computing the rate of implant osseoiniegration(Figure1).3、statistical analysisa:normality test of groups of data,If the data conforms to normal distribution,to do F test and t test;If not,to do wilcoxon rank-sum test.RESULT:1、Gross Sopecimen Inspection:All implants are not loose or drop;Local mucosal around the implants are healthy,no hyperemia, swelling and inflammatory symptoms was found to be.Slight tapping the implants with a metal rod, the knocking voice is ringing,Indicates success implanting.2、Imageological examination:On the day of the implantation, CT shows significant difference of the bone density around the implant between the control group and experiment group(Figure2);Four weeks after the implantation, CT shows no significant difference of the bone density around the implant between the control group and experiment group(Figure3);Eight weeks after the implantation, CT shows no significant difference of the bone density around the implant between the control group and experiment group(Figure4);Tweleve weeks after the implantation, CT shows no significant difference of the bone density around the implant between the control group and experiment group.3、Histological examination:After the Toluidine blue staining, new bone can be seen to have grown in the cavity left by tooth-extraction. The Harvard system is obvious as shown in the figure(Figure5).Around the newborn woven bone, threaded substances spread and deposit on the surface of the implant(Figure6). The combination between the implant and the alveolar bone is synostosis. We can see the scattered distribution of the osteoblast in the figures.The bond between the implant and the alveolar bone was intermittent(Figure7). Most of the sections showed a cavity between the bottom of the implant and the alveolar bone. In a small number of the edge of the implant thread where there is no bone junction, fibrous tissue before ossification can be found in the eosin methylene blue stainin g(Figure8).4、Statistical analysis:Groups data of normality test and f test,determining that they are all normal distribution and homogeneity of variance,data analysis of variance (P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference,so considering that the implant-bone combined with rate between the two groups have no difference.Conclusion:When the initial ISQ value of the immediate implant BLB explants ranges from28to49or from68to75, with a corresponding implantation torque value between ION and20N or more than30N, there is no significant difference in its success rate. |
