Objecitve: by testing the levels of serum vitamin D and adipoiiectm in patients withtype2diabetes and normal in die crowd, we observe these changes in the type2diabetic patients, to stiwly tbe correlation of vitamin D, body mass index (bmi)3fasting insulin levels and ANDP, and to discuss that: adipoiiectm and senmi vitamin Dmake the possible protective effect to diabetes.Methods:1.selecting60confirmed patients with type2diabetes and30normal adultsrandomly, as observation group and control group lespectively.2.height and weight Under the same condition:25-hydrox>riramin D weremeasured in cheniilunuiie&Gence; the ANDP was determmed in enzyme linkediimnunosorbent (ELISA) merliod: glycosylated heinoglobiii was measured by highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method: the levels of fasting in&iilm wasmeasured by cliemilimiitiescence method: fasting blood glucose was determined byglucose oxidase method: total cholesterol and triglycerides were determined usingenzymatic; high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) and low-density lipoproteincholesterol (ldl--c) were measured by the direct method.3.basedon thickenings situation of the carotid artery mtima-media presence bycarotid ultrasound color,we divided2diabetes into thickening gioup and normalgroup.4.the data was analyzed by using the SPSS17.0statistical sotfware Results:1. Compared with normal control group, the levels of25-(OH) D3and ADPNdecreased significantly in the observation group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.001);2. according to the thickening situation of the carotid artery intima-mediathickness, The observation group was divided into thickening group and normalgroup, compared with normal group the leves of25-(OH) D3and ADPN significantlyreduced, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);3. The level of25-(OH) D3and age, course, ADPN, IRI have a negativecorrelation in Observation group (P <0.05); That were positively correlated withlevels of serum adiponectin (P <0.001); the level of ADPN were positively correlatedwith HDL and25-(OH) D3(P <0.01), and that was negatively correlated with LDL,BMI and IRI (P<0.05);4. We do multiple regression analysis making the thickening situaition of carotidartery intimal as dependent variable and age, course of the disease, FPG, HbA1c,GHOL, TG, HDL, LDL, BMI,25-(OH) D3, ADPN, IRI as independent variables inobservation group, the results show that age, duration and LDL is the major riskfactors for vascular lesions, instead HDL is the protection factors of big vascularlesions.Conclusion:1, The levels of serum25-(OH) D3and adiponectin in type2diabetes patientsare lower than normal.2, The levels of25-(OH) D3and adiponectin in type2diabetes combined withlarge vascular lesions are lower than simple type2diabetes.3,The level of25-(OH) D3were positively correlated with adiponectin4, Age, course, LDL is the major risk factors for vascular lesions; HDL is theprotection factors for big vascular lesions...
