Background:Abdominal aortic aneurysm is the abdominal aortic limitations degradation expansion to more than1.5times of the normal diameter. AAA naturally the risk of rupture, it was estimated that more than about half of the AAA before yet reached the hospital for treatment has been ruptured death, more than90%of the rupture to sudden death. Therefore, AAA is seriously endanger the patient’s life major vascular disease. It has important practical significance that build infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm animal model to evaluate the morphological and hemodynamic. The early1990s, Parodi first carried out in the international minimally invasive endovascular graft exclusion for the treatment of the AAA. China in1997has been successfully carried out this type of surgery. Compared with traditional surgery, minimally invasive characteristics significantly reduce morbidity and mortality. In2008, M.henry the first to use the multi-storey bare stent treatment of renal artery aneurysms and made a good effect. In order to study canine renal abdominal aortic pseudo aneurysm multilayer bare stent isolate the aneurysm endovascular hemodynamic change research. We build abdominal aortic pseudo aneurysm model for the bovine jugular alternative beagles abdominal aortic. Objective:To establish the hemodynamic study in canine infrarenal abdominal aortic pseudo aneurysm tumor model, and the morphologic and hemodynamic assessment. Methods:Select female beagle dogs14, seven of which take the traditional vein patch the establishment of a pseudo-aneurysm as a control group, the other seven to take the new "pocket" vein patch pseudo aneurysm model as the experimental group. And after7days,14days and30days to carry out the color Doppler ultrasound, CTA examination, their morphologic and hemodynamic assessment.Result:Experimental animal survival rate of100%. The local wall expansion rate, take the model of the traditional vein patch was established in the immediate postoperative period,7days,14days,30days, respectively (6.11±2.38)%(26.14±7.14)%(63.42±12.77)%(88.26±14.42)%, adopt a "pocket" vein patch method to establish the model in the immediate postoperative7days,14days,30days, respectively (199.39±14.92)%(216.83±14.68)%,(239.30±16.75)%(266.30±16.48)%. Each observation point, the experimental group and control group wall expansion rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Adopt a "pocket" vein patch was established in canine infrarenal abdominal aortic pseudo-aneurysm model more in line with the characteristics of the human pseudo aneurysm isolated aneurysm in morphological and hemodynamic, is suitable for bare metal stents in multi-storey endovascular hemodynamic changes.
