Objectives: By gastric mucosal damage model based on, Interval byelectro-acupuncture acupoints "weibingfnag"stimulus factors including acupuncture needleretention time, EA frequency relationship,Perfect acupuncture acupuncture treatment ofstomach prescription.This as the starting point, to make it rise to become the theory, and itsextension to the other specific disease areas.Avoid and reduce the the acupuncture clinicaltreatment of blindness and spontaneity,So as to further improve the scientific andsystematic "needle party discipline"Methods: Rat model of gastric mucosal injury caused by indomethacin tablets in thechosen acupoints the "weibingfang" on the basis of electro-acupuncture stimulation of ratswhich acupuncture interval select twice a day, once a day, every other day, needle retentiontimefor10minutes,20minutes,30minutes, the frequency of the electro-acupuncture as2Hz,30Hz,100Hz, Index by mucosal injury, the gastric histological observation, gastricmucosa ultrastructure observation to filter out the best effect of acupuncture timeinterval,needle retention time, EA frequency, and to determine which factors the key factorsaffecting efficacy, and by screening out the best combination of the amount of stimulationto the above model and intervention methods to study the mechanism of gastric mucosalinjury.Results: Experiment11-9group mucosal lesion index, gastric histology,ultrastructure of gastric mucosa improvement compared with the model group (P <0.05),where the first group than in the first1-89group improved (P <0.05),1-8pairwisecomparisons between groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The best amountof stimulation experiment two groups compared with sham operation, optimum amount ofstimulation gastric mucosal injury in rats increased NO levels in the blood, while thegastric mucosa of ET content decreased, compared with the sham model group weresignificantly difference (P <0.05); optimal amount of stimulation compared with the modelgroup, the optimal amount of stimulation gastric mucosal injury in rat blood NO levelswere significantly increased, while the ET mucosa was significantly decreased comparedwith the model group there are significant differences compared (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using indomethacin tablets can cause gastric mucosal injury model;obtained by screening needle30min, EA frequency100mz, once a day is the best amountof stimulation; optimal stimulation by filtering out the amount given electro-acupunctureintervention can make acute gastric mucosal injury in rat plasma NO increased, decreasedgastric mucosa ET.
