The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Qiming Pill On Senile Cataract Of The Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objetctive:To investigate comparis on the clinical observation on the treatment of Qiming pill and Shihuyeguang pill on senile cataract of the liver and kidney deficiency type. Abundanting treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine to senile cataract.Method:Internalized by lens opacity degree and senile cataract of the liver and kidney deficiency type,then numbered 60 qualified patients by being treated sequence.Divided 60 qualified patients into two groups randomly (30 people and 30 eyes for each group).Patients in one group take Qiming pill and in the other group take Shihuyeguang pill.30 days as one cycle and continued with 3 cycles. Inspected the patients eye of prior treatment and post-treatment of th4 week, th8 week and th12 week (Inspected preocular, eyeground, central vision, lens opacity degree, syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine).Recorded the integral calculus and compute the change. Then observed the ameliorative status of the related physical appearance and the Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs in each group and evaluate clinical curative effects.Result:By ranking sum test:By comparing the difference between the beginning and the end of the treatment,both Qiming pill and Shihuyeguang pill has statistic meaning.The integral calculus of treatment of the two groups on the aspects of vision,eye bottom, lens opacity degree and Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs are remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.05). By t-test:The difference between the curative effects on Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs of the two groups is remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Qiming pill can improve betterly the status of vision,eye bottom of patients with the senile cataract of the liver and kidney deficiency type then Shihuyeguang pill.2. Qiming pill can improve the status of vision on senile cataract of the liver and kidney deficiency type.3. Qiming pill can lower lens opacity degree of senile cataract of the liver and kidney deficiency type.4. Qiming pill can obviously improve the Chinese medicine symptoms and signs of the patients with the liver and kidney deficiency type.
