Objective:To study the effect Shou Tai Wan makes on the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines:IFN-y and IL-10 at the decidua tissues of mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion,reveal the mechanism of Shou Tai Wan Baotai.Mothods:CBA/J×BALB/C and CBA/J×DBA/2 were used as normal pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion,divided the mice with spontaneous abortion into 4 groups randomly:recurrent spontaneous abortion model group and Shou Tai Wan low, middle and high dose group, the mice were killed after administration of 14d, select the decidual tissue, and the expressions of IFN-y and IL-10 in mice decidual tissues were detected by immunohistochemical.Result:IFN-y and IL-10 in each group were expressed.In recurrent spontaneous abortion model group, the express of IL-10 significantly decreased, IFN-y significantly increased, compared with the normal pregnancy group, there was significant differences(P<0.05). Shou Tai Wan low, middle and high dose group compared with the model group, the express of IL-10 were significantly increased, IFN-y were significantly decreased, and tended to the normal. In Shou Tai Wan low, middle and high dose group the express of IFN-y and IL-10 compared with the group of normal pregnancy, there was no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shou tai wan might regulate the differentiation of Th cell toward Th2 cell to treat recurrent spontaneous abortion,by decreasing the expression of IFN-y and increasing the expression of IL-10 in maternal-fetal interface of mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion. The prescription can be achieved through this way to good effect.
