At present Chinese learning is hot, while Chinese language environment ismandarin and dialect coexistence, which makes the understanding of the dialect isnecessary, because language is closely related to culture, and as a nation of commonlanguage regional branch, dialect bears richful regional culture which is an importantpart of traditional Chinese culture, especially with a long history of civilization inShaanxi guanzhong region.First of all, the paper analysizes the current environment of the study of Chinesedialects status quo. Second, through to the literature of the "BaiLuYuan "Shaanxiguanzhong dialect, including the dress in, food, housing, transportation, householdappliances, etc material culture vocabulary is studied in this paper. It summarizes thereasons of the Shaanxi guanzhong dialect, reflects the dialect and the relationship ofthe regional culture. Finally it makes some preliminary discussions on how thedialect will get into teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the aspect of teachingculture.Research methods of literature, through to the dialect vocabulary Shaanxiguanzhong analytical, and sums up the causes of the formation of Shaanxiguanzhong dialect, mainly is affected by geographical environment, economic form,history and culture of the influence, and dialect and the relationship of the regionalculture, namely language reflect culture, culture rich the language, dialect is thereflection of regional culture and regional culture prompt the dialect formation.Facing complex Chinese environment, many dialects, research indicates that thecurrent teaching Chinese as a foreign language, should combine regional languagepractice, improve culture teaching mode and course setting system, in thecompilation of the teaching material, the teacher’s cultivation, test evaluation, whichshould adjust measures to local conditions, create suitable mode for regional Chineseteaching.Dialect and regional culture has the close relation, Chinese learners in certainstages of the understanding of the dialect can improve their ability to cross-culturalcommunication, better adapt to the local language environment, so as to improvetheir advanced language skills.
