China is a multi-ethnic country, most of the minority can’t only speak Chinese.Parents are children’s first teachers. There are some studies shows that familyeducation factors impact on perschool children’s language development very much.Therefore, in this article,the author survey the Uyghur parents language attitude byquestionnaires, to find out Uyghur parents’attitudes toward to their children learningChinese language and bilingual education; and the author measured the level ofdevelopment of the children of Chinese,and based on the Uyghur parents to theirchildren learning the Chinese attitude and level of development of the children ofChinese,using SPSS16.0statistical software analyze research data, to investigate therelation between the Uyghur parents language attitude and Chinese languagedevelopment of preschool children.Paper is divided into four parts: Introduction Chapter1introduces the study ofthe origin, purpose, significance, methods, defining the concepts of domestic andinternational educational research review; Chapter2Study design, includingselection of the research object,research methods and processes; Chapter3Theresults, using SPSS16.0statistical software analyze research data, including thestatus and characteristics of the Uyghur language development of children level,status and characteristics of the language attitudes of Uyghur parents, correlationbetween the Uyghur parents language attitude and Chinese language development ofpreschool children; Chapter4The conclusions and recommendations, theconclusions mainly through the analysis of the data.The study result shows that:(1) there are different between Chinese language development of Uyghur perschoolchildren in age and regional.(2) there are the very significant correlation between the Uyghur parents languageattitude and the Chinese language development of preschool children.Based on the reseach and practice, Conclusions are as follows: includingfocusing on age differences and special needs of Uyghur children Chinese languagedevelopment, attention to the creation of a bilingual environment; grasping the lawbetween the Uyghur parents language attitude and the level of development of thechildren of Chinese,specifically on children early learning of Chinese; establishingthe correct language attitude to Chinese learning, feedback to each other timely, topromote the the level of development of the children of Chinese.
