Lu You is a great writer in the history of our country.Workson LuYou’s《The Travel to Szechwan》is a famous prose on songOynasty. Post generations focus on mainly achievement aboutreference of local history and geography .Infect domesticfolklore research works which was relevant to folklore in theSouth Song Dynasty regarded the book as an importantreference.This paper discusses《The Travel to Szechwan》in thetravel note characteristics .The research of《The Travel toSzechwan》mainly consists of four parts :The first part pointedout that the characteristics of travel is governmental ,thebackground reasons of travel ,the psychological state beforeSzechwan ,the way in interpersonal analysis ,also regardedthe book as the literature material to research the South SongDynasty official rules .The second part do analysis from thetravel characteristics of taking down the travel trails ,depicting scenic spots and revealing the thoughts andfeelings .Lu You had detailing adventures when he went tosomewhere.He stay longer in the historical and culturalcity.He perfered hunmanities landscape than others and lovedto record strange things.He often reveals the main feelingsand thoughts when he narrate and describe the scenery.Thethird part do research on cultural character from the recordedfolklore scenery ,looking for cultural heritage ,reviewing theliterature and doing research on historic sites .This is thebiggest difference from other travel notes.The fourth partpoints out the innovation in diary system and descriptiontechniques.It ranked on the matter and did recordseveryday.The temporal cues clear which is conductive to along diary save.Lu You pioneered the "cite poem to directscenery"to express.His describe the nature and cite preciouschapter quotes the combination,to creat the mood of poetry.
