The Cultural Study Of Dong Yuankai’s "Cangwu Ci"

Dong Yuankai was one of the most important poets inWujin,Changzhou in early Qing Dynasty.He was selected in 17th year of Shunzhi’s reign,and was dismissed the next year because of "the case of Zouxiao".From then on,he was sorrow and all his feeling lied in his work,formed the "Cangwu Ci" which included 12 volumes. "Whole-Qing Dynasty Ci"(Kang-volume) collected his 693 work,so the number was considerable. "Cangwu Ci",affected by the style of Yangxian Ci,had many excellent work. "Cangwu Ci" draw at that time writers attention,as much as the appreciate of Chen Weisong.This thesis,on the basis of Dong’s family tree,inquire the origin of family into his grounding in basic literature skills.This thesis elaborate Dong Yuankai’s "Cangwu Ci" from Taoist school culture,folk custom culture,the region of Wu Yue culture,and then we can comprehend the social culture in early Qing Dynasty.In the introduction,there is a brief word about the value of current research and research ideas on Dong Yuankai’s "Cangwu Ci".The main body includes four chapters,which are listed as follows.Chapter one,on the basis of Dong’s family tree,find Dong Yuankai’s biography and experience, inquire the origin of family into his grounding in basic literature skills,especially on the influence of his uncle Dong Wenji and his elder brother Dong Yining.Chapter two,to elaborate Dong Yuankai’s "Cangwu Ci" from Taoist school culture.included three respects.Firstly, "Cangwu Ci" show unintentionally thinking of Taoist school,such as the outlook on the life of free and easy,the incapable abont rise and fall of a nation.Secondly, "Cangwu Ci" express the appreciation of the beauty about Taoist school,such as the pursuit of nature and light.Thirdly, "Cangwu Ci" describe the live way of Taoist school,such as enjoying the countryside and leisure.Chapter three,to elaborate Dong Yuankai’s "Cangwu Ci" from folk custom culture,included the folk custom about climate phenomena and etiquette.They reflect the current situation of folk custom in early Qing Dynasty.Chapter four, "Cangwu Ci" studied from the region of Wu Yue culture and described the living environment and the diet culture.
