This paper suggest s that citizen subject consciousness should be cultivated by building modern ci tizen conception and promotes national identity of the citizen and national iden tity by carrying forward the patriotic tradition and ethos and improves the citiz en’s increasing interest in politics by emphasizing the education of citizen right s and perfects the citizen’s moral education by guiding citizens to cultivate mo rality. Through these ways, we could achieve the modern transformation of citi zen education to traditional culture resources.
