Before the qin and han dynasties of ancient books in KongZhai, after a lot of burnedthe county from underground was explored. YinQiaoShan han bamboo slips for thefirst time.《Thirteen articles of Shoufa and Shouling》is the research object of thepaper.《Field Law》、《City Law》and《Library Law》was extremely preciousmaterials .It described the land, the city of Chan and treasury system at the time, thatcomplemented the books in these aspects of records and reflected the social system.《Shoufa and Shouling》、《Wang Bing》、《Soldier order》and《Mo Zi》、《GuanZi》、《Wei Liaozi》are cross references, that can correct the related discourse errorsin order to study the origin and evolution of these ancient texts and provide importantclues.This article is divided three chapters. The first chapter introduces ancient tombs ofHan dynasty in Yinque mountain and briefly discusses in this article the basicsituation of the bamboo slips. It summarizes China unearthed bambooslips and silksof ancient books and the academic contribution and significance since 70s. Thesecond chapter is the main part of this paper from the view of extensive references tomore comprehensive opinion, divided into explanation of the text and analysis and itsrelated content. The third chapter is titled wood slips are discussed, and has fivewooden slips of the annotations that is with the silver sparrow Hill number one tombmosaic.This article from the perspective of text analysis of form words、easily confusedwords and corrects the wrong words、misunderstood words according to thecharacter development and form evolution. It comprehensively finishes allcomments、analyses the justice and puts forward some of own phase method.
