In the70’s of the last century, researchers found a plenty of bamboo and wood slipsfrom six ancient tombs of West Han dynasty in Fegnhuang Mountain, Jingzhou,Hubei Province. The content of these bamboo and wood slips can be divided intofuneral instrument and official dispatch.With these bamboo and wood slips excavated, researchers and scholars paidattention on it. After excavating, the excavators cleaned up these bamboo and woodslips and release textual aspects, or authorize some scholars to read the words on thebamboo and wood slips soon. On the release of materials about these bamboo andwood slips, scholars began to study these bamboo and wood slips from differentangles and release lots of thesis and books. They gain many important achievementson not only text reading and explanation but also related questions. So the writer doesresearch on these slips and gives answers and discuss on related questions.The structure of this paper includes the following parts:In the preface, the writer introduces the discovery, collection conditions andprimary coverage of these slips firstly. Secondly, the writer does comparison study ondifferent versions of different slips pictures. The writer also gives brief overview ofpresent study.In chapter one to six, the writer collects research findings on word reading, textannotation and related questions. The writer proposes individual view on presentproblems in order to generate a reliable text about these bamboo and wood slips.In the addendum, the writer gives textual aspects of these bamboo and wood slipsand readers can expediently use it.
