Research On The Representation Of Modern Meticulous Portarit Painting

Meticulous painting plays an indispensable role through the whole Chinese art history. Onrock, silk and paper, meticulous painting represents the tradition of ancient China, and also itsunique ethics.This paper mainly argues about the representation of modern meticulous portrait painting,which has inherited the traditional Chinese painting ideas and skills, but also closely related tocurrent culture background. The basic characteristic of Chinese painting is to represent shapewith line. The theory of " Grind Pen" was put forward firstsummarizes the function and tradition of " molding" in Chinese painting, and was establishedwith an explicit theory form. As to the research on other theory," Grind Pen" is thelifeblood ,the main means of expression and the direct carrier of Chinese painting. In the comparison of language charm betweenChinese and western lines, we obtained that the“Linear Representations”is the formation of apainter’s complex own aesthetic style which resulted from the inheritance and evolution oftraditional spirit. The emotional expression of line of is not only how to deal with the contour ofthe external shape, but what’s more important is the expression of mood. Chinese MeticuloursPainting was divided into“Mineral Color”,“Light Color,"“Desalination of the Line”and otherseveral main forms in the expression of color, and with the advance of time, the variety ofpainting materials and tools, works became more characteristic. In the contemporary ChineseMeticulous Figure Paintings, the attempt on mixed media and multiple techniques enriched theform of works. For example, the intervention of the light media technology, new forms of artdesign, the form of folk art and so on, are all filling with visual performance spaces inContemporary Chinese Meticulous Figure Painting.
