Aggressive behavior has obvious negative effect on physical and mental healthy and social development of children. The aggressive behavior is influenced not only by the social environment, but also by individual factors. The influential factors in aggressive individual include physiological and genetic factors, personality factors and cognitive factors. The study of cognitive mechanism of aggressive behavior is the research about cognitive process during the occurrence of aggressive behavior from the most basic level. The related researches in this area are mainly from the Social Information Processing Model of aggressive behavior. At present, Executive Function (referred as EF) becomes the major point of domestic researches on cognitive psychology. The damnification of EF leads to a series of neuropsychological deficits, such as the difficulties in Planning, Decision-making, Cognitive Flexibility, Working memory, Inhibition, and the task of Monitoring. There are a large number of studies showing that the relationship of aggressive behavior and EF:highly aggressive individuals have damage on PFC, which causes the phenomenon of Inhibition incapability and behavior out of control.The researches about relationship between aggressive behavior and executive function at home and abroad mainly focus on the study of special groups as well as paying little attention to the aggressive behavior of individuals in the normal population. And most of researches concern about only the cool executive function of the highly aggressive group. This study follows the previous study, classifying the pupils with high aggressive tendency into instrumental attack type and hostile attack type, analyzing the condition of cool and hot executive function in these two different types and the pupils with low aggressive tendency and probing further into the association between different types of attacks and both executive functions. The results show what as follows: (1) Pupils with high aggressive tendency are obviously inferior to pupils with low aggressive tendency in cool and hot executive function.(2) Both the cool and hot executive function of instrumental attack type and hostile attack type of pupils are weaker than pupils with low aggressive tendency.(3) Instrumental attack type and hostile attack type of pupils show great difference in the control ability of cool executive function, while this great difference is absent in the tasks of conversion and refreshing.(4) Instrumental attack type and hostile attack type of pupils have no obvious distinction in the three tasks of hot executive function.(5) Compared to cool executive function, the hot execution significantly increases the executive function of the low aggressive pupils and hostile attack type of pupils, while this effect is not so obvious for instrumental attack type of pupils.
