In Current years, the education of Chinese animation has a rapid development with the need and the development animation industry and the new era, originality is the key to the animation industry which contains animation film, comics and games. Because of the economic rate of return, in the form of green environmental protection in the humanities, the guiding role of the State Council on2006, transmitted by the Ministry of Finance and other10ministries" on promoting China’s animation industry development certain opinions", put forward to the animation industry to provide policy support and financial support. Conform to this trend, China’s animation education in recent years with rapid speed in development, but in the back of the rapid development, problems and difficulties with the bottleneck of restricting its development, mainly from the teachers, teaching concept and method of investment, etc. Animation teaching itself is a kind of innovative education, which is different from the traditional art education, art education and other new and different, animation teaching in positive and healthy direction at the same time, also inevitably exposes many problems:one is the problem of teachers. Teacher is troubled college animation teaching important problems, which are both social causes and animation industry’s own characteristics. Two is the animation teaching orientation and goals are not clear. Every is engaged in the cause of education people are aware of such a truth:" teaching orientation and target determines the educational outcomes of validity and height, and accurate positioning of teaching and specific education target directly affects the quality of teaching."From macroscopical on tell, as animation teaching of institutions of higher learning, the teaching is mostly " training to master the new technology, and has a comprehensive quality and innovative and practical art talents", and to "cultivate skilled animation skills of the personnel for the training objectives teaching units rarely.This paper is mainly divided into theoretical study and investigation of two parts:the theoretical research part, the first reference to previous theories, on the current animation education conducted a systematic and logical reasoning, obtains the successful animation education should have the key factors, and then on the animation design teaching policy with national Twelfth Five-Year Plan for analysis of the status quo; part, the author mainly adopts field investigation, interview, questionnaire investigation, the investigation scope is divided into211university, two the faculty in Vocational Colleges and the three regions, according to the current animation design teaching present situation investigation. According to the survey, the current animation design teaching situation mainly has the following three aspects:teaching guiding policy is not fulfilled reach the designated position, animation design supporting resource scarcity, animation teacher skills and animation industry development the derailment, animation teaching theory and practice from. The most important reason is the University’s School of thought of the problem, followed by the school leaders and related functional departments of the animation design education and teaching importance, ineffective supervision, once again is the animation design course system setting and the actual derailment. The last part of the article is the key part of the thesis, according to the survey results, the animation education problems in the corresponding countermeasures:one, firmly implement the teaching guidelines, to ensure the effective implementation of animation design teaching; two, full configuration of animation matching teaching resources. Three, strengthen the construction of four animation teachers, pay attention to the cultivation of students’innovation ability.
