The Study On The Current Situation And Contermeasure Of Chinese DanceSport Adjudicator Training&Examing

DanceSport comes from the western world. When the Chinese dancers are going outside learning and participating the competition and standing on the world stage our judges are facing the more and more embarrassed situation. On one side we should follow the international step but on the other side the adjudicator’s training and examing system is hard to move forward. The contradiction between the athlete and judge is growing bigger. Sometimes we can see the different result when international judges are at national competitions. This will affect our market share and confuse our technique development. So it is urgent to establish our own elite judge team and the training and checking system to improve their level. Chinese DanceSport Federation should work from the teacher engagement and setting lessons including management to establish an integrity system and enrich the comprehensive quality. We should push them to learn by means of dynamic checking to highly enhance our DanceSport competition.This Article make research on the national training lessons and ways and study the establishment of the judge training and checking system through investigation and get the results as below.1. Chinese DanceSport national judges are constituting of former professional dancers experiencing dance teachers and club managers. Their specialty technique is old-fashioned. It is hard to improve their dancing lever.2. We are on the step of training class.3. It is the duty of CDSF to establish their own national training and checking system. It has4parts. They are the organizing body, training lessons, teacher team and the supporting soft and hardware. And Now all for us are from zero.
