The Research Of "Qu X Hua" Construction

The paper investigates the semantic generalization of "qu" and the rationality of affixes in "qu X hua" construction, and researches this construction from syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, and comparison between Chinese and English.This thesis is mainly divided into four parts:The first part, analysis the internal structure characteristics of "qu X hua", explaining the rationality of affixes of "qu" from meaning of virtual is not thorough, positioning, individual high collocation, adhesion and new potential strong analogy these five aspects. Analysis the syllables, part-of-speech restrictions of "X" in "qu X hua" construction, studies the relation between "qu X hua"and "X hua", clarifies dependence and independence of "qu X hua", and analysis the defect from lexical rule of combination to analysis "qu X hua" and the rationality of "qu X hua" as a construction.The second part, from the semantic angle, analysis "qu X hua" construction that is mainly used as subject, predicate, attribute, syntactic function and has strong and weak semantic features. Describes the semantic generalization of "qu" and the three kinds of causes of analogy mechanism, economic principle and language contact are explained.The third part, analysis "qu X hua" construction from "a different" mental, psychological and social changes as reflected, producing special psychological cognitive mechanism. Using focus theory, study "qu X hua" the pragmatic value and the analysis of its special style.The fourth part, analysis the similarities and differences between English suffix "de-" and Chinese "qu" from the meaning, function and translation between English and Chinese language in terms of the comparative study.
