Cultural Identity And Transnission Of Chinese Traditional Culture In Taiwan During Two Recovery Periods

This article will mainly focus on researching the cultural communications in Taiwan during the periods of two recovers of Taiwan from Netherlands and Spain. The agreement of Chinese traditional culture across Taiwan Straits will be discussed.The whole article can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the objects of research, the meaning of ourtopic, tools and principles of method will be defined in the introduction. Secondly, the main part of this paper includes three chapters, which respectively correspond to the discussion of the spread and development of Chinese traditional culture in Taiwan during three different periods in the history. The discussion will rang from the measures and influences of cultural penetration of foreign invaders to the Mandarin promotion movement among the majority of peoples in Taiwan. Finally, the agreement of cultural identities across Taiwan Straits can be concluded and this important agreement will improve cross-Straits harmony and unity.
