Hu Bingwen was a Well-known Confucianist in Huiland at Yuan Dynasty. He had inherited and practiced Zhu Xi’s Neo-Confucianism comprehensively all his whole life. He had put Zhu Xi’s Neo-Confucianism on the top of the important position of the entire history of the development of Confucianism. He consciously treated popularizing and spreading Zhu Xi’s philosophy as own responsibility, especially he researched Book of Changes deeply.Hu Bingwen had inherited Zhu Xi’s idea in Taoism. In his eyes, Taoism is the noumenon of the universe. Everything all over the world is based on Taoism, which is in everywhere, at any time. It had existed before the universe. It will still exist after the demise of everything. Therefore, the Taoism is the eternal entity which goes beyond time and space. In this sense, the rationale for that is Justice. Yi Fen Shu nature of justice embodied in the specific things is that justice is only one, but justice exists in all things being manifested through the rules and characteristics of the specific things. Management resultant continued to work years of the process, everything is made by Justice. All things’managements are not division of the physical objects, but the whole one. Treating wisdom and kindness as the Justice is an important feature of Zhu Xi’s philosophy system. Wisdom and kindness are the general name of Justice. In other words, they are composed of the justice. Justice is a general term, of which wisdom and kindness are the parts, the relationship between them is global and local. Therefore government implemented this natural ideas of justice in the moral field, in order to regulate people’s thought and behavior. On the relation between Justice and Chi, Hu Bingwen inherited Zhu Xi’s phase from the point of view, they are composed of a whole one, but both ins and outs of the points. Specifically, the Justice is the first, and the Chi is the last. The last one always followed the first one. Hu Bingwen’s Yi thought was enlightened from home learning. In terms of the Yi’s development context, his thought belongs to the Neo-school. His initial origin of the thought of moral principles is learned from Cheng Yichuan’s own "thoughtful" the moral principles of "Justice". His thought of Xiang Shu is learned from Zhu Xi’s. As Hubing Wen built his theoretical system through the interpretation of Zhu Xi, and Zhu Xi was a master in Xiang Shu and Yi, which resulted in Hu Bingwen inherited moral principles while concurrently re-thinking characteristics. Hu Bingwen made achievements in Yi, but also contains his unique attitude and rule in governancing Yi. The inheritance between Hu Bingwen and Zhu Xi’Yi idears, is summed up that "compromising is positive," yes "is to agree; No, to be questioned and corrected.Let’s review the academic research Throughout Hu Bingwen life, on the one hand, Zhu Xi defended Zhu orthodoxy, on the other hand he explained the Learning of Zhu Xi. He itemed that not covered by Zhu Xi, and he treated the teaching and promotion of Zhu Xi as his life-long academic pursuits and objectives.
