The Impact Of Subconsciousness On The Visual Mentality Of Modern Female Photographers

Looking around today’s society, we are surround by the theme of womenin the different medias. From the point of view of photographic history, womenhave been living under the watchful eye of the male gaze, as they explore thevalue of life and face the reality of gender ignored, making the femalephotographers have always been concerned about the differences betweenthe individuals and others. Therefore ,when women express themselves, notjust their subjects and styles vary from men’s, but also they no longer seethemselves from the male perspective—women return to themselves ,and startindependently from their own experience, search and interpret themselves.Based on female photographers , this paper will analyses female conceptphotographer’s works through researching on the psychology of theirs. First,from women’s physiological and psychological characteristics , the paper willdiscuss women’s unique psychological characteristics on their look,observation and understanding of things such as other behaviors. Then,guided by the changes of women’s social status, this paper will discusswomen’s social status changes in the historical process, as well as thesubconscious psychological impact on women. At the same time, as the socialstatus of women were in the ups and downs in the changing eras ,combinedwith the impact of Feminism ,it emerged a large number of excellent conceptphotographers .This paper will discuss the photographer’s work to explore thechanges of women’s vision psychology in Feminism ,that had been performedin the women photographers’works. Specifically further study of Freud’spsychological theory of the subconscious, and women’s physical constructionas well as the historical evolution of psychological environment, that exploresthe formation of women’s subconscious and the impact on the behavior ofmodern women ,thus focus on the subconscious ,this paper will discuss the concept photography of female photographers and visual psychologicalcharacteristics. Finally ,this paper will deeply explore the femalephotographer’s family, their grow-up experience and a number of relatedevents, then reel silk from cocoons and study the impact of femalesubconscious by various surrounding factors, then explore how to guide thephotographer’s sense for image art performance, at the same time, givein-depth analysis of their work, then discuss male and female photographershow to show similar theme works in respective gender and differentpsychological drive . Female is an integral part of society, but physicalproperties make the psychology and consciousness have differentcharacteristics. In the observation and creation, female photographers havethe features of feeling first, process-oriented and simple etc. Femalephotographers select some feeling counterparts with intuition, and seize sucha feeling, then strengthen it with personal factors and penetrate it into theworks, and form their own rules and styles, making the concept photographyhave become a unique landscape.
