Mou Zongsan (1909-1995), character from Qixia, Shandong. Modern famousphilosopher. When Chinese nation is faced with the cultural crisis and social crisisunder the background of the times, he began to devote himself to the study of themodernization of Chinese culture , putting forward the famous point of " threeunification".He pointed out that the way of the modernization of Chinese culture isgetting out the Democratic and scientific new kingliness . His political philosophy isto study how to protect the life and the development of life .This paper is mainlydivided into five parts:The introduction part is mainly to analyze the background of Mou Zongsan’spolitical philosophy and the idea of the main tendency and main content, showing themain context and language of the direction.The first part is the analysis of the traditional Confucian philosophy, mainlycontaining the Democratic thought. This is mainly from two aspects: one is the moralstanding.Mou thinks this is the spirit of Democratic foundation. The second is adiscussion of the relation of Confucion thought and democratic policy .The second part is the Primary analysis of how Confucions did not opendemocracy and policy: one is the social and historical reason.It is said that traditionalsociety is" governance without government" and traditional Chinese society is notclass contradiction and class struggle.But the cultural essence of Chinese culture is thewisdom of life. Its essence is" integrated try spirit" and the lack of " the spirit ofanalysis", is "the rational use and content of performance" and the lack of " rationalstructure performance and extension performance".The second part is mainly to analyze how to open new kingliness by traditionalinternal study on democratic politics , namely the moral main body stand under the premise of intellectual subject, thus further up the political subject. Theoreticalapproach is his" conscience self-negation said,"and the practice is the moderndemocratic political practice.The last part is to analyze Mou Zongsan’s political philosophy, mainlysummarizing the theory and it’s problems, in affirmation of its theoretical value. At thesame time to see the objective and rational attitude towards Mou Zongsan ’s politicalphilosophy and his own cultural spirit.
