No matter in any age and in any society, fairness is very important. Everyindividual and organization wants to get fairness. But fairness is a subjective concept, not only affected by the external factors, but also by the people of subjective factors. Most of the previous studies of fairness are from three aspects, that is, fair distributivefairness, process fairness, and interactive fairness to study what is the formationmechanism and influencing factors of fairness. Researches have found that the levelof social identity affect the procedural fairness of people. Compare with the people oflow social identity, people of high level social identity show more procedural fairness. The overall fair judgment takes the three aspects of fairness as a whole in the formingprocesses of subjective fair feeling. The past researches have not discussed thedifferent levels of social identity whether affect the general fair judgment or not. Inthe decision theory, the framing effect has important influence on people’sdecision-making behavior. Fair judgment is a kind of subjective psychologicaljudgment based on objective conditions, and it is also under the influence of framingeffect. Some studies have proved that compare with the negative framing affect, people show much more fair judgments by five principles of distribution in activeframework. The principle of fairness is according to the specific conditions of the taskdecision. This study suggests that the level of social identity and features framing effectwill affect the general fairness judgment of people, and test the effect of social societyand framing effect. In this study, we use two factors mixed design of experiment. Thesocial identity and framing effect are independent variable and the dependent variableis fairness judge. Ready to study, 60 subjects were recruited from the university.Independent enrollment and individual income tax unification the cutoff point are twoexperimental material, they are tested in the pilot study by consistency check. Thestudy found that two materials are coincident, and they are complied with the requirements of the experiment. In formal experiment, we recruited 320 students, andcarry the test strictly. Adjust the social identity level by listing, and present positiveand negative frame in two experimental materials respectively, investigating theinfluence of social identity and framing effect to the fairness judgment. Experimentalresults of variance analysis concluded:1, Social identity level affects fairness judgment. The different social identitylevels will affect people’s fairness judgments, compare with to the low level of socialidentity, individual of social identity of high level show more fairness judgment.2, Frame affects fairness judgment of people. People in active framework showmore fairness judgment than in negative framework3, Social identity and framing effect have interaction in influencing fairnessjudgment.
