On Aesthetic Spirit Of Fu Tianlin’s Poetry

Fu Tianlin, the winner of National Excellent Poetry Prize of the fifth Lu Xun Literary Prize in 2010, is an outstanding poetess in contemporary Chinese poetry. Her poetry are characterized by the combination of spirit of classical Chinese aesthetics and modern consciousness, regarding objective image as intermediary, expressing the ideal and pursuit of life, interpreting and creating the meaning of life. The emotion, language and writing rhetoric of Fu Tianlin’s poetry interpreted spirit of classical Chinese aesthetics. Then, so far, Fu Tianlin’poetry haven’t been fully, comprehensively studied. Therefore, in this paper I would try seeing Fu Tianlin’s poetry text as a whole cultural text and interpret aesthetic spirit of her poetry by analysis of text. The aesthetic characteristics of Fu Tianlin’s poetry have three main aspects:First, the aesthetic characteristics of emotion of Fu Tianlin’s poetry:love and poetic living, living poetic moments of life; Second, the esthetic characteristics of language of Fu Tianlin’s poetry: the beauty of music, of painting, of spoken language; Third, the aesthetic characteristics of writing rhetoric of Fu Tianlin’s poetry:inheriting and developing yuan qing(缘情and qi mi(绮靡)of writing rhetoric of classical Chinese poetry. Meanwhile, according to genealogy, in this paper I would analyze the relationship between Fu Tianlin’s poetry and spirit of classical Chinese aesthetics.
