According to the current employment situation, the competition in employment that university graduates are confronted with is getting more rigorous, which increase employment pressure. As a result, the graduates will be inevitably in a kind of "the stress" condition with anxiety before they get employed. The employment anxiety will have a significant impact on their employment mentality, career expectation, mental healthy,etc. Therefore, to study employment anxiety of university graduates and its regulation strategy can not only enrich and develop relevant theory on mental health and occupational psychology of college students, but provide practical guide to relieve their employment pressure and to improve their employment ability.This research includes the study of the difference of degree and attribute of employment anxiety before graduation, and of the comparison of the effect cognitive reappraisal group counseling strategy and traditional group counseling strategy have on graduates from key university and independent college.The result of the research shows that:(1) Employment pressure is common to university graduates. Among them, the anxiety degree of females is higher than that of males; that of ethnic minority graduates is high that Han graduates; that of rural graduates is higher than urban graduates; the degree of lack of confidence of independent college graduates is higher than key university graduates. (2) Cognitive reappraisal group counseling strategy and traditional group counseling strategy are both effective to graduates from different tiers of universities. The two strategies have no significantly different impact on key university graduates, while the former strategy is more significantly effective than the latter to independent college graduates.The result manifests that cognitive reappraisal group counseling strategy has a positive effect on relieving employment pressure of graduates. Henceforth, it can be applied to employment psychological counseling and training in higher education institutions, and be promoted to other fields of psychological health education of college students.
