We always think that Marxian philosophy is from “interpreting the world” to“changing the world”. But when exploring this issue we often focus the study onmaking a distinction between “interpret” and “change”, and we largely ignore thefundamental difference between the Marx’s concept of “world” and previousphilosophers. It is just the vital issue that my thesis focuses on: what is the “world”according to Marxian philosophy? What is the essential association with Marx’sphilosophy revolution? Based on the investigation of historical development of“word” and Marx’s classical texts, we can gain a better understanding of the Marx’sphilosophy revolution from a new perspective.Under the premise of revealing a regression from the other shore philosophy tothis shore world, the core of this thesis is to clarify the real implication of Marx’s“world” concept. In this way, we can get a new theoretical perspective. Marx’s “newview of the world” is different from traditional abstract philosophy. As the terminatorof the traditional paradigm consciousness philosophy, Marx completes the “practicetransition” of philosophy. It means that we can start from “the realistic individualperson and the development of their history” to examine the relationship betweenpeople and the “world”. Therefore, the concept of “world” after the “practicetransition” is Marx’s realistic human world, which is neither the pure natural worldthat has nothing to do with human nor the traditional philosophy of the so-calledabstract concept of the “world”.So, what is the true meaning of human world of Marxist philosophy? Marxcriticize the "world" of metaphysical illusion and expose the true implication of theconcept of “world”.As far as the thinking mode of practical perspective, the world isa reality of social relations from person-to-person, and it forms in practice activities ofman. People are real and living individuals, which are in certain relations ofproduction. People’s world is composed of relations of production in specific times. Marx believed that “person is human world, the state, and society.” Marx generate themodern philosophy horizon for “world”. The traditional philosophy has resulted in thedivide between phenomenal world and noumenal world, and division between thisworld and the other world. And then it caused the abstract opposition between humanand the world. Marxian philosophy started from realistic person and his historicaldevelopment and finally achieves the unity of man and the world.Marx’s “world” is the implication of the overall. The human encounter it inpractice——realistic history and society. In this sense, the issue of how to change theworld is the same as how to transform our real relations of production. Then humanbeings can conquer the thrall, and obtain the independent personality and all-rounddevelopment. Individuals are in the certain production relations, and human worldconsists of this relation of specific time. Through the analysis of the “world”, Marxfound a real breakthrough for freedom and liberation all of humanity. In the traditional thinking mode of philosophy, the philosopher didn’t intentionalevade the issue of “changing the world”. But they hid the meaning of human worldunder the attitude of anti-historical.“Changing the world” is simply considered tochange the concept for our world. Marx researches into the specific social form, andhe doesn’t believe that there is a transcendental freedom kingdom. The task ofphilosophy is to establish the truth of this shore world; we can find a new world andachieve the freedom of the human by criticizing the old world. As for Marx,“changing the world” is to change the relation of production, and only in this way wecan complete freedom and liberation of the human.
