China has a long cultural tradition, profound, and also has astrong assimilation and integration. Independent art style paintingwas introduced to China a few centuries of copying from theoriginal to this development and changes in traditional Chineseculture plays a very important role. In particular, modern paintinghas developed by leaps and bounds, more performance out of thepursuit of artistic conception, reflecting the strong national style.Mood requirements has always been in traditional Chinesepainting, Chinese painting as the primary, this cultural tradition hasgrown up on the development of Freehand painting.The article first describes the change and development of oilpainting in the West, mainly from the classical idea of the realisticstyle similar to the changes focus on the expression of innerfeelings, which is what Chinese painting freehand. In particular,contemporary oil painter has even more impressionistic as the firstrequirement. It is in this context, many artists on the mood of thepainting performance to continuously explore, and create alandscape painting with the characteristics of traditional Chinese culture.The article then described in the the Western freehand claimson the basis of traditional Chinese painting and the Spirit.
