China’s Software Industry On The Ethical Problem

One of the important features of the development of contemporary society isinformationization. The development of information technology brings anunprecedented new era. On the one hand, people’s life has changed a lot; on the otherhand, it also brings some new problems. Facing this puzzle, we must rely on thetheoretical frame of ethics to conduct the research and study of social developmentproblems under the condition of information technology. One of the important aspectsof studying the ethical problems under information era is to deeply study the softwaredevelopment in ethics from the height of building a socialist harmonious society. Weanalyze the nature and characteristics of various subjects in software development andalso analyze its behavior with ethics method. It is of great necessity to clearly pointout their respective rights and obligations as software development is closely relatedto every individual in the information society, and the complicated relations of therights and obligations constitute the system of ethics in the software developmentindustry.Based on the foundation of collecting the related literature of ethical and moralissues in social network and software development, the article constructs the analysisframework of ethics problem in the software development industry. Firstly, the authorbriefly summarizes the basic concepts in the field of software development, and putsforward the concept of ethical problems in software development. On this basis, therelated subjects in the software development behavior are defined and their valueorientation and behavior analysis are pointed out. They must engage in the softwaredevelopment activities according to the principles of fairness and justice, clearauthority duty; integrity and respect; freedom and self-discipline as well as theunification of righteousness and benefit. In the development of modern society,information technology has many problems, such as intellectual property rights, product quality issues; privacy issues; the issues of corporate social responsibility aswell as information technology rights and moral problems. Aiming at these problems,we must analyze the behavior of related subjects and make judgments according tothe practical principles above. Finally, the author puts forward the specific measuresto solve these problems. In the background of constructing the socialist harmonioussociety, the importance of the harmony of network society and virtual society hasbecome a significant topic, and therefore this article constructs the ethical system insoftware development industry from this perspective.The development speed of the network is rapid and extensive, so we mustanalyze its problems according to the characteristic of information technology itself,and we must change the old way of thinking to construct new modes and theoreticalframework, research on new methods of analysis and solution, and creatively analyzeand solve the ethical issues in the field of software development.
