China has five thousand years long history of continuous integration and development, gradually formed a three cultures, since the Han and Tang Dynasties has been gradually three religions in one, namely, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Change and replacement of dynasties and the lifestyle of the people is always subject to the influence of three cultures. The Confucian emphasis on the repair, Taoism emphasizes, Buddhism advocates the ultimate humane care, repair life. Confucian culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture; the main Confucian thinking profound impact on Chinese politics, economy and culture, this idea embodied the spirit of the Chinese nation, as long as we make good use of Confucian culture, this cohesion is even more solidified. The centripetal force on the stronger. Affirmed the positive role of Confucianism at the same time, how to remove the dross, and absorb the essence of this dialectic to consider the issue fully use Confucianism armed universal consciousness, in order to achieve the priority to efficiency, taking into account the purpose of fair.China’s administrative system, there are many problems, mainly reflected in three aspects. First, the deep levels of government operational issues:the lag of the transformation of government functions, specific interest groups and rent-seeking. The second is unreasonable of the structure of government:too many functions of government departments comb unclear policies from different departments. Third, the long-term government action is not effectively controlled:The main performance performance projects and image projects, the government’s reputation has dropped. In order to improve the efficiency of our government office, to improve the relationship between people and government, the society more harmonious, solve the above problem is particularly important. Confucian culture as a traditional cultural forces have a profound social basis, it is deeply rooted in the ideology, habits and behavior of the people, and even a sense it is the universal belief of the public. Solve the problems in China’s administrative system must be with the Confucian culture, the influence of the main ideas of the Confucian culture can not be ignored.This thesis is mainly composed by the following five sections, including:Part I:Introduction, introduces the topics of meaning and value, as well as of this writing, research methods and ideas. Part II:A Historical Review of the Confucian Culture. In this section, the emergence and development of the Confucian culture, the historical role of the main ideas of the Confucian culture.Part III:Analysis of the administration. The status of the administration as well as the reasons for causing this situation analysis.Part IV:Confucian culture on administration. This part of the core chapters of the thesis, focusing on research and analysis on the impact of positive and negative influence of Confucian culture on administration, as well as the Confucian culture on administration.Part V:Times to fully tap the reform of the administrative innovation. This part of China should be based on local advantages, vigorously carry forward the Confucian culture, and fully tap the essence of Confucian culture in order to promote administrative innovation.
