Tie Ning’s Works And The Chinese Traditional Culture

Since the new period of Chinese literature,with the beginning of “root-seeking literature” and the author’s cultural consciousness theirselves,the trend that vision of national culture reflects aesthetically is obvious.There is no doubt that this situation enriched the meaning of literary creation,and expanded the boundaries of literary researches.Then showing the studying tendency from lived aesthetic appreciation turned to cultural aesthetic appreciation.TieNing’s works received extensive attention because of the strong traditional cultural complex and luxuriant spiritual connotation in the seventies of last century.Her works already became the representive texts of contemporary cultural literature.This paper uses the cultural critical method to comb the profound connections between the culture of Confucian and Taoist, by reading her works in detail.This paper consists of three parts.The part of instroduction,the author analysises TieNing’s growing cultural atmosphere from four aspects as follow:her family background,regional circulation,influence of western culture and affect from professional authors,then,studies the concepts of tradition and culture.At last,the author clarifies the development and entangle of the Confucian and Taoist culture.The first part,from the aspect of Confucian,the author analysises TieNing’s works, introduces the Confucian cultural changes and basis characterstics,then comprehends and connected the multilevels of connotation and philosophy of Confucian culture from three aspects.The second part,from the aspect of Taoist,the author analysises TieNing’s works,and emphasizes the difference and contrast of Taoist culture changes,from three angles as pointcuts.The third part,from the aspect of cultural inheritance,the author summarizes the value and meaning of TieNing’s works,and affirms a series of efforts for solving the current personal symptoms and spiritual crises,from aspects such as the reason of using culture,literary regret and realistic function.TieNing used the culture of Confucian and Taoist,not only the reason of traditional cultural atmosphere,but also author’s sense of mission and ideal emotion.She paid attention to the social dilemma,and spiritual avenues.In spite of the defects and downsides in her texts,she also becomes important author inherits the national culture and reconstructs the contemporary culture.
