Under the background of the big date,the information exchange is speeding up day by day,which bring a variety of opportunities and challenges.Alibaba's corporation culture has been playing a vital role in the development of the enterprise.The core of Confucian management philosophy is the benevolence,which germinates the management philosophy to fit the core.The philosophy consists of two basic aspects.One aspect involves the sense of worth of the management that discusses the righteousness and the profit,which is also called the view of the righteousness and the profit.Overall,the essence of the view of the righteousness and the profit of the Confucian management philosophy is the righteousness first,which means the righteousness is the base of the profit.The other aspect discusses the management coordination view of the benevolence and the propriety,in another word,this aspect discuss the harmony view.This view focus on the unity of the contention and the harmony,which pursues the overall harmony and puts aside minor difference so as to seek the harmony.Alibaba the Chinese archaic swordsman-spirit that bases on the righteousness at enterprise culture value level.At the same time,it is similar to the Confucian management philosophy of human nature plastic theory,unified management thought,cooperative management thought,the management thought of rule by etiquette and neutralization management thought.From the perspective of Confucian management philosophy,Alibaba embodies the organizational humanism,the management organization view which can make personnel manage the division of labor and cooperation well,the view of management means changed according to the principal,the management value of righteousness and profit view and the view of commercial ecological harmony.However,in the process of corporate culture landing,some inappropriate ways will lead to the lack of corporate culture and make the culture out of work.Therefore,in the process of corporate culture penetration,we must pay attention to people-oriented and shoulder the social responsibility of enterprises.In the process of making and implementing the management system,we should pay attention to objectivity and neutralization.The values of enterprises should conform to the mainstream values,set up the values of justice and profit,as well as the harmonious view of business ecology.
