Language is the tool of the human mind, which is a system of human beings to create a meaningful combination of symbols, along with the development of human society and continue to develop. The relationship between language and culture are inextricably linked. Not only pay attention to language teaching, but also to strengthen the teaching of culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The combination of teaching language and culture increase the cultural import, seeking appropriate cultural import.The western China and Central Asia are in close contact due to the geographical advantage, and historical and cultural reasons. Lanzhou lies in the northwest of China,there are a lot of Central Asian students studying Chinese in Lanzhou so I have many chances to come into contact with them. Cultural differences create difficulties for foreign language learning and teaching to language communication obstacles. Without understanding of the Chinese culture, learning Chinese as a foreign language is impossible. Students from Central Asia to the Russian language as a native language background, learning situation for the students of Central Asia, to take the contrast of both Russian and Chinese language teaching, help to distinguish the difference on the Russian and Chinese expression, let students understand Chinese language reflects the deeper cultural factors.Teaching Chinese as a basic objective is to develop students’ intercultural communicative competence, explore the differences between their culture and foreign culture, there is no comparison, it is difficult to find differences, so we take a comparative analysis of methods, starting from the differences between Chinese and Russian culture to explore its performance in the language. From the vocabulary, language structure, pragmatics, Chinese characters, non-verbal communication in these areas were analyzed, and according to certain principles, explore the cultural import in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, in order to influence and guide the students from a cultural perspective, it understands cultural differences is an objective from a fundamental understanding of the Chinese vocabulary, language structure, language why they are cultural, and effectively train the students the proper use of Chinese language for effective communication skills beneficial to the Chinese culture to spread smoothly.
