Culture takes language as the carrier of attachment,and the ultimate purpose of any language learning is to understand and master the cultural connotation behind it.Thus,the relationship between language learning and cultural learning is very close.The teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is composed of many parts of the teaching content,among which,the proportion of the teaching of culture occupies a large proportion.In order to better carry out the cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the academic circles have specially compiled the teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language culture.The classical teaching material of the function of pole.As of today,academic circles have not issued a special outline for the standard evaluation of teaching materials on Chinese as a foreign language.Therefore,although the number of textbooks on Chinese as a foreign language is large,they are also complicated and disorderly.This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of the two textbooks and their applicability,hoping to provide some reference for editors and educators in compiling and selecting textbooks.The two textbooks selected in this paper are: "Chinese Traditional Culture and Modern Life"(Zhang Ying,Jin Shounian,Peking University Press)and "Chinese Culture"(Han Jiantang,Peking Language and Culture University).The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which consists of two parts,one of which introduces the research background,significance and current situation of the and research methods,and the other part summarizes the relevant research of academic predecessors.The second chapter compares and summarizes the two textbooks from two aspects:style and structure.The third chapter is from the text,new words,exercises and other specific aspects of the content of the two textbooks to carry out a comparative analysis,showing the two types of textbooks different writing characteristics.The fourth chapter is to combine the deficiency of the two kinds of teaching materials through comparative analysis with all the common problems of the existing cultural teaching materials,and put forward the relevant compilation suggestions.The last part is the conclusion,summarizes the content of the full text.
