Research On The Character Of Expressive Ink Figure Painting

This paper is a searching about the expressive of ink painting art. During the process of transformation to the modern style, The expressive of ink painting had developed into a new ink-expressive style. The ink-expressive style is a modern art which had absorbed the western expressionist. It arose in the80s, reaches the top in the90s. It proposal the expansion of the tension in the pictures and keep exploring the individual language when painting. It focus on emphasizing the artist’s expression of emotion and for the attention of social reality. The ink-expressive style had made a great achievement with a lot of representative painting had been done. According the analyzing of these famous painting, then now, a great searching of the characteristics about china expressive ink-painting is on the way.This paper is divided into three chapters to analyze the characteristics of expressive-ink art. The first chapter is about the production and the development of the Chinese traditional ink painting, within analysis of the background of the expressive ink-painting, then comb the development course to offered the new period of ink painting, so as to make a bedding to the next; secondly, trying to find out the causes of the formation of ink and expressive, I will put hands to analyze the western expressionism and the inheriting of the traditional freehand brushwork, then trying to find the formation of the external cause and internal cause finally.The second chapter of this paper mainly analysis the characteristics of expressive ink. Respectively discussed in three aspects:the first one is painting language, the second is the subjects, the third one is the concept. For the aspect of painting language, the author of this paper will dig out its expressive features from color, pen and the rough sketch. About the theme, I will focus on the description of rural life and the city life then comb them out. For the concept, basing on philosophical thinking, reflection critique and realistic critique will be my mainly way to analyze the truth of the paint.Chapter three will connect tightly with self-experience. Then show off my understanding and theory of the expressive-ink painting during the creation process. And addition, I have fond my own way to do a deep analyzing of the expressive-ink painting finally.The conclusion can be got finally. The expressive ink painting language at presents has developed into a diversified painting style which are full of individual character, not only the subject matter will be aware in daily life, but also pay attention to the social reality. The humanistic spirit should be combined with my drawing idea, and then the thought of social will be embodies neatly in the picture.
