Guidance Function Of Education On Public Opinion In The Han Dynasty

Relative to European ocean civilization,which is characterized by developed business,China has been statehood by agriculture since ancient times.Farming is the main mode of production in Chinese ancient society.Due to different natural environments,agricultural civilization and ocean civilization have different routes.Ocean civization pay attention to the social contract spirit,but agricultural civilization pay more attention to blood transmission.Different nature of two civilizations decide two different ways of constructing the order of rule.Ocean civilization relied on the rule of law regulating people’s everyday behavior,and agricultural civilization relied on the rule of etiquette system.Etiquette formed in education in Chinese traditional society,so education is the basic guarantee for social stability and the country’s long term of stability.This article with the Han dynasty in the background,using history、communication studies and the research of public opinion,through analyzing historical documents and unearthed information,discussion on the spread of ancient Chinese political thought in grass-roots society,and the guidance function of education on public opinion.According to different propagation paths of education,this article divided it in school education and social education communication system.School educational communication system train a large number of qualified for the spread of enlightenment thought in Han dynasty.Rely on these communicators,the government of Han dynasty to filial piety and fraternal love as the core values of thinking successfully extended to administrative organizations at all levels,lay the foundation of the personnel for establishment of social education system.The social education dissemination system begins with the monarch,pass on the official,to teach in the old,using the means of respect for the old,recognition of filial piety and fraternal love,directly spread of ideas to the grass-roots,to form a collection of social awareness and guide public opinion trends.This article through addresses the social education in Han dynasty communications system and transmission system of school education on different role orientation of public opinion,prove as education spread in depth,non-rational factors hidden in public opinion be corrected,reapecting ritual and filial piety as the core content of the praise of public opinion is gradually formed,eventually became shared code of cundunt at all levels of society.This moral values and code of conduct played a key role in ruled for400years of Han dynasty.The author through the analysis of social education in Han dynasty communication system and communication system of school education on the different role of public opinion,further outline the central government communication education in the grass-roots society in the realization process in Han dynasty.Provide some new ideas for the study of central government control of grass-roots society in Chinese ancient society.
