In the teaching of the Chinese as the second language,vocabulary is so important that we need use themost effective methods to help students to grasp the point by the characteristic of Chinese character and theteaching itself. the following essay starts from the current situation of Chinese vocabularyteaching,includes association in teaching, words’ implicit meaning,model sentence desining, multi-mediaas supplementary process, and hope that these all can make sense in the practice and theoretical research ofteaching Chinese as a second language.The article is divided into seven parts:Part one: the introduction. To illustrate the reason of writing, the significance and the existingfumarates, this paper studies the foothold.Part two: first we describe the methods of foreign students when they study Chinese, and in time westate the teaching methods of Chinese vocabulary detailed.Part three: how the association method is applying in the teaching of the Chinese as the secondlanguage including the pronunciation semantics and pragmatics.Part four: the importance and adhibition of character’s figurative meaning.Part five: model sentence in the teaching of the Chinese as the second language, students can alsomaster a language only if they can make a right sentence with this language.Part six: multi-media is applied in the teaching of the Chinese as the second language, teachers need touse the concept map soft ware to help their followers.Part seven: the summary. Mainly talked about some know-hows on the basis of summing up, It isconcluded through the above analysis.
