The Comparative Study On Kernel Words Between Thaideng Jinjie Zhuang Language And Thai Language

“Kernel Word” is the most basic and essential word. This paper is to make acomparative research on kernel words between Tiandeng Jinjie Zhuang languageand Thai language. This paper is based on Swadesh100-words list which includesone hundred kernel words, and combine the investigation and relevant literaturematerials, and under the guidance of theories of contrastive linguistics, semanticsand cultural linguistics. This paper also describes the phonetic form and meaningfor each kernel word in Tiandeng Jinjie Zhuang language and Thai language, andanalyzes similarities and differences in the phonetic form as well as the meaning,and to reveal the causes of differences.This paper is composed of eight chapters: Chapter one is the “introduction”,introduced the origin, object, current situation, train of thought, value, linguisticdata source, phonetic system of Jinjie Zhuang language and Thai language of theresearch. It is the key part that Chapter two to Chapter seven. In the six chapters,we study the body parts, the animals and plants, the natural things, the action andconsciousness, the nature and state, and the others in the one hundred kernel words.For each kernel word, we describe phonetic forms, then discuss whether they havecorresponding relation. And it is key to detailedly describe the meaning of eachkernel word between Tiandeng Jinjie Zhuang language and Thai language, andanalyze similarities and differences in meanings. Chapter eight is the “conclusion”,summarizes the full article.
