The Pragmatic Analysis

The trial language is a form of session in a special language environment, which has uniqueness in vocabulary, grammar and other aspects. According to the use of the relevant language knowledge to analyze the trial cases, the importance of the pragmatic value of trial language is obvious. The purpose of this article is to reveal the importance of language skills and language policy by the pragmatic analysis of the trial language. At the beginning of the analysis, it introduces the research achievements of the trial language on pragmatic research, which emphases on the summary of the research theory of home and abroad. Through this part of the data collection, the author tries to clearly know the current research situation. Based on the relevant knowledge, it helps to enlighten the author and to continue the relevant researches. Apart from the help of former researchers’study on speech performance of the trial language(including the use of Austin’s speech act theory to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the trial discourse trial speech act classification, and the court’s most discourse the right of the judge’s sentencing language specific analysis), this paper puts more emphasis on linguistic theory (including functional linguistics, psycholinguistics, logic, linguistics, sociolinguistics) to collect real cases of trial language. And based on that, the paper analyze the trial language in the term of session reasoning and in the form of session from, which means that the paper emphases different session forms standing for different language skills and relevant language policy and its affects to the results of the trial, and to explore the authority power of trial language, and policy with the social institutional problems and the loss of humanity in trial language reflected by it. Therefore, it is necessary to appeal to the focus of the policy and the reform. There are some characteristics of this paper which are mainly:firstly, it focuses on the authenticity of the trial case and the high pertinency of relevant language; secondly, it emphases the balance of the trial role and to deep explore the coverage of the relevant language; thirdly, it pays attention to the discourse analysis of trial language, but not only remains on the expression of utterance. Fourthly, it absorbs of all kinds of references and relevant experiences to consider in an effective way which enable the paper is better in depth and width of the research. Lastly, it helps people to think more on the change of trial roles and the use of language policy.
