The70years political actions of the early western Han dynasty are undoubtedlysuccessful in the eyes of later historians, the biggest political characteristic in this period is"Wuwei".the dominance of Wuwei politics in early Han dynasty is closely correlated withera background,on one hand,the scattered economy and popular destitution needed Wuweipolitics objectively,on the other hand,the high level governors on that time have naturalpreference for Huang Laos ideology,and that is the ideological origin. In this process,thephilistines in no doubt of which play an important role,Lujia,undoubtedly,has the mostprofound influence in the formation of ruling ideas and political development in early Handynasty.About Lujia,whether its thoughts or life,predecessors have done extensive andin-depth research,this article will further explore things obout Lujia and analyse theideological content of <Xinyu>,so as to clarify the actual relationships between Lujia andthe political operations of early western Han dynasty and the change of the values of thephilistines.
